Essential Job Functions:
• Lead a team of 4 – 6 direct reports; coach, develop, and motivate them to ensure that they are providing world class customer service on all customer interactions
• Maintain continuous focus on call center productivity through monitoring standards, metrics, performance criteria, policies and procedures.
• Responsible for maintaining & creating providers clinic schedules
• Monitor online requests for appointments submitted by patients
• Ensure that all phone messages are returned same day
• Audit phone calls and provide coaching to ensure adherence to standards and P&P
• Analyze results and trends to develop plans to improve team performance.
• Identify new process improvements driving productivity and customer service
• Assist in handling call volume as necessary
• Daily 1-1 meetings with Manager to review productivity, goals and standards
• Perform various additional tasks as required by Front Office Manager

• 2-5 years of Customer Service / Call Center experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position
• Must have Medical Scheduling experience
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
• High school diploma required
